of making your funeral prearrangements online. Please read
the options outlined below and select that one with which
you are the most comfortable.

In Person
If
you would prefer to complete all of the details of your
funeral arrangements in person, please follow the link to
arrange to have one of our funeral directors contact you
to make your arrangements either in your own home or in
our office.

Online Submission
The
first step to prearranging a funeral is to place your "vital
statistics" on file with the Morris Funeral Chapel.
When you select this link you will be able to submit your
information directly to the Morris Funeral Chapel. We will
create a file for you where this information will be retained.
While
submitting this form opens a file for you at the Morris
Funeral Chapel, it does not complete your funeral prearrangements.
There are many details concerning the type of services,
costs, etc. which you might prefer to discuss with one of
our funeral directors personally.
At
the bottom of the form, you will be given the opportunity
to indicate whether or not you would like to be contacted
by one of our funeral directors for the purpose of discussing
your funeral prearrangements in more detail.
